At Destek Halı, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely.
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During promotional periods, processing times may vary.
- Domestic deliveries within Turkey are typically completed within 2–5 business days.
- Shipping carrier and tracking information will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
- Customers are responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
We recommend checking your package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, please do not accept it and request a damage report from the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore:
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Items that have been used or are no longer in resalable condition will not be accepted.
Return Process:
- Contact us to initiate your return request.
- Send the product using our contracted shipping service.
- Once received, the product will be inspected.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping Fees:
- If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- For other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
