4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

5. ORDER AND PAYMENT

  • The Buyer agrees to pay for the order placed.

6. DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • To exercise this right, the product must be:

    • In its original packaging

8. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Return requests must be made within the specified period.

  • Refunds are processed for eligible returns.

9. REFUND

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days using the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank.

10. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

11. LIABILITY

  • The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent consumer courts or authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

13. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
